Booking & Scheduling
You can schedule by phone, text, email, or through our online request form. Advance notice is recommended, but same‐day rides may be available.
We recommend 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
Yes. We can wait on‐site and/or assist client as needed.
Services & Support
Yes. As a licensed caregiver, Way Maker provides hands‐on support, including helping clients safely to and from their home, facility, or appointment.
Yes. We accommodate:

• Ambulatory clients
Yes, one companion may ride at no additional cost (space permitting).
Safety & Compliance
Yes. We operate with full commercial NEMT insurance, caregiver licensing, CPR/first aid certified and NEMT‐specific compliance standards.
Absolutely. All client information, conversations, and medical details are kept confidential.
Yes. We support clients with mobility challenges, cognitive impairments, and medical conditions requiring gentle, attentive care.
Payments & Insurance
We accept cash, card, and invoicing for facilities.
Yes. We can provide detailed receipts upon request.
Day‐of‐Ride Questions
Your driver will arrive on time, assist you safely to the vehicle, secure mobility equipment, and ensure a comfortable, respectful ride.
Just let us know. We do our best to accommodate delays.
Please notify us within 24 hours so we can adjust our schedule. To avoid cancellation fees, it is important to notify Way Maker at 425-299-1965 at least 24 hours in advance of your intention to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Special Situations
Yes, as long as the client is medically cleared and does not require ambulance‐level care.
Yes. We can schedule weekly or monthly rides for dialysis, therapy, or long‐term care needs.
